Click on the ‘Get Setup Here’ button and complete our onboarding form. Someone from our team will contact you within 24 hours to get to know more about you, your company and get you all set up in our system. Then, a link to our dispatch/carrier agreement packet will be emailed to you for your electronic signature. After signing, we will request the other documents from you. Next, we’ll give you a call to collect the admin fee. Once we receive that, we’ll schedule a Zoom call with you(the carrier) and your driver(s), if any, and discuss procedures, expectations and conduct a BEP analysis. Once setup is complete, we can start booking your loads!
Signed dispatch/carrier agreement, signed W-9 form, certificate of insurance, certificate of authority, notice of assignment, medical card, limited power of attorney, copy of owner operator’s and driver’s driver license, credit card authorization form, and a non-refundable admin fee that goes towards getting you set up in our system and towards your last week of service with us. In our dispatch/carrier agreement packet, some of these forms are attached. We will need from you: a W-9 form, COI, MC authority, NOA, copy of CDL licenses and valid medical cards.
We charge a weekly dispatch fee of 8%, 10%, or 12%, per load. Once the load is delivered, we collect and store the bill of lading. By the end of the week, we calculate the gross total, showing all loads booked for that week, along with our percentage itemized and deducted from that weeks’ earnings.
Yes, you can cancel or change pricing plans anytime.
No, we do not use force dispatch. We specifically book loads that meet your requirements and your company’s profile. If we come across a profitable load that is not in your requirements, we will ask you for your permission before booking the load and you can decline it at any time.
