Odego Freight respects the intellectual property of others and follows the requirements set forth in the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”). While this policy is based on the US law we apply this same policy globally to all jurisdictions in which our Services are available. 1. DMCA Notification. Odego Freight respects others, intellectual property rights and acts in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, (“DMCA”). If you are certain your intellectual property rights about a material posted on the site, infringes’ on your Intellectual Property, you hold the right to send a Notice of Infringement email to Odego Freight’s Copyright Dept at moreinfo@odegofds.com
2. Notice of Infringement. All notice of infringement of a particular intellectual property must include the following information:

(i)  an electronic or physical signature of the actual person authorized to act on behalf of the the copyright owner;

(ii)  a description of the exact copyright protected work that allegedly has been infringed upon;

(iii)  a description of the content that is infringing and where it is located on the site;

(iv)   a Contact address, telephone number, and email address of the alleged party claiming infringement;

(v)   a written statement by the alleged party with good faith belief that the use of those materials on the site is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

(vi)   a written statement by the alleged infringing party that the information contained in the notice is true and accurate and that, in accordance of the penalty of perjury, such party is the intellectual property or copyright owner or is authorized to act on behalf.

Repeat Infringers. Odego Freight holds the right to immediately terminate without notice the accounts of users determined by Odego Freight to be “Repeat Infringers.” A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity or has had User Content removed from the site on more than one occasion,
