Our Story

We are an energetic, young, woman-led company with a powerhouse team of freight and compliance specialists who are eager to keep your trucks on the road, safely and legally. We’re all about doing things the right way. We don’t cut corners. Whatever it takes to get the job done, we execute and get it done. No excuses, no complaints. It’s our business to keep you in business and we take that seriously. The husband-and-wife duo, Shameika Peebles, the introvert, fascinated with the trucking industry and who enjoys managing the day-to-day operations of the business, and Duran Peebles, the easy to talk to extrovert and numbers guy, co-founded the company together. Given the fact that Duran is a truck driver by day, he came across owner operators that needed assistance navigating load boards, negotiating with brokers, understanding the market, and how that data affects the rates and so on. We saw a problem and we were eager to provide solutions. Coupled with Shameika’s love for the transportation industry and Duran’s experience, we began the formation of our company and what it is today.

Our Mission

About 85-90% of startup trucking companies fail. Our mission is to assist our carriers in establishing and maintaining a trustworthy, reputable company by helping build a notable portfolio of doing good, honest, and safe business, one delivery at a time. In return, we aim to increase carrier success rates.

Our Company Culture

Although we are a small business, we like to think of ourselves as a megacorporation. We think long-term. We operate as a unit. Not only does our company encourage constant collaboration between each team and all team members but we also encourage individuality. We problem-solve as a collective, yet we make sure to include room for independent, multi-task completion. We approach solution-based goal setting with an open mind. This creates trust, transparency, creativity, accountability, growth, and improvement. Everyone’s ideas are heard, taken into consideration and then together, we plan on how to accomplish those goals. We host three weekly meetings with the following agendas:

*Monday: We set goals for the week and define the exact action steps we need to take to achieve our goals.

*Wednesday: We review our progress so far in the week and restructure the remainder of the week if needed to hit our goals.

*Friday: We review our progress for the week. Did we hit our goals? If so, why? What can we learn from our actions and how can we make them even better? If not, why? What do we need to improve on to ensure we hit our goals the following week?

We follow this same meeting structure on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Our System

We have access to tools to make managing your loads and business easier! We use an innovative transportation management system along with additional advanced software to facilitate, supervise and manage transportation processes and delivery procedures, all while improving efficiency and client/broker communication.

Our Training

Each team member has gone through extensive, world-class training and is provided with continuous training and mentorship with the best in the business. We invest in our company and our teams. We are constantly learning, researching, and getting better in our specific roles and responsibilities so we’re prepared to better assist you in this ever-changing market.

Our Vision

By sharing our vision with you, it makes it that much more attainable, turning a future dream of ours into a present day reality. Our vision is to decrease the fail rate of startup companies and help create more successful ones. Our vision is to be a part of positive change in this industry. Our vision is to create opportunities for more inclusivity and share a space with a diverse group of people in this industry. Our vision is to give back 5% of our profit to underprivileged and deserving communities and non-profit organizations that help make our communities a better place. Our vision is to look for ways to provide sustainable transportation solutions to help save our air, our land, our oceans, and our world. By the end of 2023, our vision is to have expanded our operation and hire more trained staff and put more qualified people into position to further build an honest, trustworthy company that carriers can depend on.
